SUTLERS (VENDORS)

Historically, Sutlers were vendors who sold to the men and companies of Civil War armies.  They would often travel in wagons along with the troops, or to military outposts.

Today’s Sutlers are vendors who specialize in goods and supplies of interest to Civil War Reenactors, other Living History Participants, and attendees of those events.

The NCWA lists them here as a service to our members and others in the reenacting community.

To go to the webpage of individual sutlers, just click on the name.

If you are a Sutler and wish to be listed, just use the contact form below.  Membership in the NCWA is free for Sutlers.  Our members and the public truly appreciate your services.
