The National Civil War Association is organized into three Divisions, the Union and Confederate Brigades, and the Civilian Corps. Each of these divisions has its own leadership structure responsible for accuracy of presentation, mentoring of new members, and operations of their individual campsites at NCWA events. Members may temporarily join other Units and even Divisions for special events, this is called Galvanizing.
All Divisions and Units are represented in the decision making structure of the NCWA.
No experience is required to join, just a love of history. Please select from the pull-down menu under UNITS. Once you have found a group that interests you, fill out the contact form on this page. Someone will be in touch with you to discuss your choice.
